We're grateful for the independent retailers who choose to bring R. Rebellion into their shops. We believe strong wholesale partnerships are built on mutual respect, thoughtful merchandising, and a shared appreciation for the products we create.

The following terms outline our wholesale policies and what retailers can expect when partnering with R. Rebellion.

1. WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS & ORDERING

Account Approval

Wholesale purchasing is available exclusively to approved retail businesses.

All new retailers must complete a wholesale application and receive approval before accessing wholesale pricing or placing wholesale orders.

R. Rebellion may request additional business information, resale documentation, and details regarding a retailer's physical and online sales channels during the application process.

Wholesale accounts are approved for the specific business and sales channels disclosed during registration. Accounts are nontransferable.

R. Rebellion reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or discontinue wholesale relationships, subject to applicable law.

Order Minimums

Opening Order Minimum: $300

Reorder Minimum: $300

Minimums are calculated before shipping and applicable taxes.

Certain products may have minimum quantities or ordering increments, as indicated on their product listings.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of ordering unless alternative payment terms have been approved in advance.

Retailers interested in discussing payment terms may contact wholesale@rrebellion.com.

Approved payment terms are established separately and apply only to the designated wholesale account.

Order Processing & Lead Times

Our standard processing time is approximately 4–7 business days, excluding shipping transit time.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, seasonal demand, product availability, and supply chain circumstances.

Rush processing may be available for an additional fee of 25% of the order total, subject to availability. Please contact us before placing an order requiring expedited processing.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review orders carefully before submitting them.

Requests for changes or cancellations should be made as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the retailer to discuss available options, which may include delayed fulfillment, substitution with approval, a refund, or an account credit.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Domestic Shipping

We offer $20 flat-rate shipping on U.S. wholesale orders of $300 or more.

Orders generally ship via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage.

Tracking information will be provided once an order has shipped.

Shipping Addresses & Delivery

Retailers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Please notify us promptly if a shipment is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged so we can assist with reviewing the situation.

R. Rebellion is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, except where otherwise required by law.

Wholesale Shipping Availability

R. Rebellion currently accepts wholesale orders from approved retailers located within the United States only. International wholesale ordering and shipping are not available at this time.

Local Pickup

Wholesale orders may be picked up at our flagship location in Pendleton, Oregon.

Please wait until your order has been confirmed as ready for pickup before making arrangements.

3. AUTHORIZED RETAIL SALES

Approved Sales Channels

R. Rebellion products may be resold only through the approved retailer's authorized sales channels.

These may include:

• An approved physical retail storefront.

• The retailer's independently operated business website.

• Direct sales through the retailer's own social media accounts.

Retailers must disclose their intended sales channels during the wholesale application process and notify R. Rebellion of material changes.

Wholesale approval does not authorize distribution to additional retailers or resale businesses.

Third-Party Marketplaces

Resale of R. Rebellion products on third-party marketplaces is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Amazon

• Etsy

• eBay

• Walmart Marketplace

• TikTok Shop

• Other third-party marketplace platforms

This restriction applies regardless of whether the retailer operates an approved physical storefront or independent ecommerce website.

R. Rebellion does not grant exceptions to its third-party marketplace restriction.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of wholesale purchasing privileges.

Product Integrity & Brand Presentation

Products must be sold in their original packaging with their original labeling and branding intact.

Retailers may not alter, repackage, relabel, dilute, or otherwise modify R. Rebellion products for resale without prior written authorization.

Retailers are expected to represent our products accurately and maintain appropriate product storage and handling practices.

R. Rebellion trademarks, product photography, and other brand materials may be used only in connection with the authorized promotion and sale of genuine R. Rebellion products, subject to applicable brand-use guidelines.

4. MSRP & MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE

Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price

R. Rebellion provides a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for our products to help retailers establish appropriate pricing and communicate the value of our fragrances and home goods.

Wholesale prices and MSRP may vary by product and are subject to change.

Retailers independently determine their actual resale prices.

Minimum Advertised Price Policy

Authorized retailers may not publicly advertise a covered R. Rebellion product at a price below its designated Minimum Advertised Price (MAP).

Unless otherwise specified in our current Minimum Advertised Price Policy, the MAP for each covered product is equal to its current published MSRP, as listed in the official R. Rebellion wholesale catalog.

This restriction includes prices publicly displayed on:

• Retailer websites, product pages, and collection pages.

• Google Shopping paid advertisements and free product listings.

• Google Search and other paid search advertisements.

• Public social media posts and advertisements.

• Online product-comparison and shopping platforms.

• Printed advertisements and promotional materials.

• Promotional emails and newsletters displaying product-specific prices.

Retailers are responsible for ensuring that publicly advertised product prices, including those generated through ecommerce integrations and advertising feeds, are consistent with the current MAP schedule.

This policy regulates advertised prices only. It does not establish a minimum selling price.

Retailers remain free to independently determine the actual prices at which they sell R. Rebellion products, including prices below MAP.

The policy does not regulate prices disclosed only after a product is added to an online shopping cart, private customer-specific discounts, or final checkout prices.

General storewide promotions and coupons are not prohibited, provided they do not publicly display a specific covered product at a price below MAP.

R. Rebellion establishes and administers its MAP policy independently. Retailers are not required to enter into an agreement concerning resale prices or advertised-price levels.

The complete R. Rebellion Minimum Advertised Price Policy, including covered products, exceptions, and independent administration procedures, is maintained separately and forms the reference for our advertised-pricing guidelines.

5. RETAILER EXCLUSIVITY

Geographic & Territorial Exclusivity

R. Rebellion does not offer geographic or territorial exclusivity to wholesale accounts.

Approval to carry our products does not guarantee that another retailer in the same city, neighborhood, shopping district, or surrounding area will not also carry R. Rebellion.

We understand that independent retailers work hard to create a distinctive shopping experience and offer products their customers will love.

We also believe that a strong retail presence can benefit both the brand and its stockists.

When customers discover R. Rebellion in multiple thoughtfully curated shops, that familiarity can build brand recognition, consumer confidence, and demand.

Every shop has its own personality, customers, and point of view. We encourage our retail partners to choose fragrances and products that speak to their audience, create engaging displays, and develop an assortment that feels distinctly their own.

Our goal is not to limit where R. Rebellion can be discovered, but to build a growing community of independent retailers who benefit from greater awareness of the brand.

R. Rebellion independently evaluates wholesale applications and distribution opportunities, considering factors such as retail environment, brand alignment, customer experience, and market demand.

No exclusivity is granted unless expressly established in a separate written agreement authorized by R. Rebellion.

6. RETURNS, DAMAGES & CLAIMS

Wholesale Returns & Exchanges

All wholesale purchases are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for unsold merchandise, overstock, or changes of mind, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Merchandise

Please inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.

Claims involving damaged products, shortages, or fulfillment errors must be reported to R. Rebellion within 7 days of receipt.

Please include the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

Following review, R. Rebellion may provide replacement merchandise or issue a credit toward a future purchase, as appropriate.

Credits are calculated based on the original purchase value of the affected merchandise.

Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable except where required by law or otherwise agreed.

7. WHOLESALE ACCOUNT STATUS

Account Activity & Review

R. Rebellion may periodically review wholesale accounts to ensure business information and authorized sales channels remain current.

Accounts that become inactive or no longer meet our wholesale requirements may be subject to review, suspension, or closure.

Policy Violations

Failure to comply with applicable wholesale policies, including unauthorized marketplace resale, product alteration, or unauthorized redistribution, may result in suspension or termination of wholesale purchasing privileges.

Advertising-related matters are administered independently under R. Rebellion's separate MAP Policy and applicable law.

8. GENERAL TERMS

Policy Updates

R. Rebellion may update these Wholesale Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated terms will be published on our wholesale website with the applicable effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter completed orders unless required by law or separately agreed.
